    “SPECIAL CAMPAIGN-MEDIATION “FOR THE NATION” 90 DAYS’ DRIVE”

    (01.07.2025 to 07.10.2025)

    As per the directions of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and Mediation Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) – a Special Campaign – “Mediation For the Nation” – 90 Days’ Drive is launched from 01.07.2025 to 07.10.2025, it is a 90 days’ intensive drive to settle pending cases in High Court/ all District and Taluka Mediation Centres throughout the State through Mediation. The Matrimonial Disputes, Accident Claims, Domestic Violence, Cheque Bounce, Commercial Disputes, Service Matters, Criminal Compoundable, Consumer Disputes, Debt Recovery Cases, Partition, Eviction Cases, Land Acquisition cases and Other suitable Civil Cases may be referred for Mediation. General Publics interested in resolving their pending disputes through Mediation are requested to approach nearest Taluka Legal Services Committee or District Legal Services Authority established in respective Court premises. For cases pending in High Courts, the litigants can approach High Court Legal Services Committee established in respective High Courts at Bengaluru / Dharwad and Kalaburagi.
